beyond training

CASINO WARS is the Risk Management game that trains project managers and project teams in the successful application of M_o_R in a project environment. CASINO WARS is a board game with products, risks, issues, and of course ... a dice. Under time pressure participants are challenged to build a series of Casinos, using their risk management skills as effectively as they can.

From theory to practice

On the famous strip of the largest entertainment city in the World four new Casinos are built. Only one can survive the massive competition.

The owners of each casino face enormous risks in their enterprises and need to be sure that they are handled professionally and efficiently.

A number of first class consultancies have been engaged to provide this service. They are represented by the risk management teams

How it works

The game teaches how to manage project risk in an effective way, in both the planning and implementation phases, by using M_o_R processes, components and techniques.

It is based on the concept of ‘learning by doing’ which is a highly effective way of acquiring new skills and ensuring that the classroom experience is transferred to the workplace.
